Not long ago, we wrote about certain right-wing Christian wingnuts who suggested (tongue-in-cheek?) that the faithful should pray for rain on Thursday night in Denver with the hope that God would flood Mile High Stadium and drown out the devilish Barack Obama.Did they pray for rain?
It didn't rain! It was a beautiful night. It couldn't have been a more glorious evening. Everything went off without a hitch. Obama shone like a sunny day!
We've got a problem, Houston! Does this mean that God is on the side of the Democrats and wants Obama to be president?

Selective prayer does not seem to work. Perhaps God does not like being told what to do.
