I've been told by biblical authorities in high places, or maybe they were biblical authorities who were high, that this bench is a place for christianists who smoke to relax and wait for the Rapture.
"Praise the Lord," saith one such christianist, blowing smoke rings in the air. "My feet are killing me and I wants to go to heaven!"
