Dennis Hopper to vote for Obama

Normally, I wouldn't give a rat's ass what Dennis Hopper thinks or says about anything. He's a good actor, a splendid actor, actually, but that doesn't mean he knows anything about anything else. Hells bells, we elected a grade-B movie actor and look at the pile of doggie do that got us into!

But...Hopper is a rarity - a Republican in Hollywood. He's also been a Republican most of his life. He voted for George W. and before that George H.W. Bush.

He ain't voting for McCain on November 4.

"...this time I'll vote for Obama, he said. In fact, Hopper feels so strongly about this he said, "I pray God, Barack Obama is elected.


I think I'll go see Hopper's next movie, whatever it is.
