Rachel Maddow and Matt Taibbi
Matt Taibbi is one of a few journalists today who tell it straight no matter what the consequences. He is usually right on target and that's why the rightwingnut Repugnicans don't appreciate what he has to say. Common sense doesn't play well in the Repugnican theater of the absurd. For example, Taibbi notes that if an institution is to big too fail, it's too big, period!

I read the article that Matt wrote. He really went in detail about just how we all got screwed.
It is a damn good read.
@ Grandpa E - Yes, it was a good read. I've read his book (can't remember the name) where he went undercover into John Hagee's operation...fascinating!
I'm a bit behind in writing...and may stay that way for a bit...lost my hard drive to to electical strike yesterday and no, I hadn't backed it up as I should have...
So, got a new hard drive (actually a new computer); trying to get info off the old hard drive; reinstalling programs; you probably know about how much fun this is!
Anyway, don't look for much output for a few days...
