I once thought the explanation I learned as a pre teen was good enough. It was pretty simple and I thought everyone understood it. Apparently it isn’t. too bad Perhaps either the death penalty or life in prison without parole would stop repeaters of any form of sexual activity without consent is all that is needed, unless the word “consent” is too vague or difficult.
