Ben Carson Admits Evangelical Leaders Don't Care About Religious Values By Supporting Trump

Donald Trump met with almost a thousand Evangelical leaders yesterday to try and convince them that he's one of them. Dr. Ben Carson joined MSNBC's Morning Joe program earlier today and was by the co-host why evangelical leaders were lining up behind Trump. Man wrote the various religious laws and rules. We are told man was influenced by God, but have no evidence that was tru in any or al cases. Neither God nor any Prophets offered any proof or evidence to back up their versions of creation, lessons taught etc. Most were based on stories from others many of whom never personally witnessed the events or met the people involved, so either we believe or not the truth. We know some were not honest but acted to gain power over others and some were sincere but might have been influenced to some degree by their own thoughts, values or wishes..

I thought hypocrites were not good Christians for lots of reasons.
We are not electing a minister in chief. We are electing a Commander in Chief of our armed Services, the spokesperson for the entire Unites States of America. That person must be able to work with or oppose other nations that are a threat to the USA or the world. God is welcome to come or go, teach or not teach, so we are free to make our way. God cannot be kept in or out of a building or an organization. God is what we describe God to be and we are free to believe or not. God will do as God believes. Billions of People on earth have a variety of images of their own belief. In the end it is more important that God believes in us than that we believe in God, in a world that we believe was created by the God we believe in, no matter what others believe or insist that we believe. The answers will have to wait until we meet God, whenever or if ever we meet.

That is the God most religions describe and is too powerful to be told by us what we must do. God is powerful enough to create whatever God wants.

That level of hypocrisy isn't surprising... and it's one of the things that keeps me out of churches.

He seemed to be awake during his interview, but so what? Is he running for anything? He is going to leave it all to God anyway, so why should we bother to vote?

They are! If they really believed in Jesus, they would act differently! They would actually work to help the less fortunate in need. Jesus learned his values from a book, followed by his Jewish family and teachers. They did not kill because they disliked others or for profit or to control others.

They have an agenda and use it. Jesus preached helping the poor and those in need. And did not profit from it.
