Many Republicans seem to be experts on rape and how to define one. In most cases they seem to agree that it is God’s will and a gift of life.
Of course not every rape creates a life, but they did not cover that contingency. Perhaps they have not worked it out yet. I believe it might be because they have not had someone they loved raped.
I wonder if there should be some kind of Intelligence test as a requirement to run for any office.
