Some wars are good ones and necessary. I am not sure what would be a war to clear Syria of both sides and have some International organization take over Syria’s administration until a new government could be formed that would be acceptable to the survivors. I think that is how Israel took over the west bank after Jordan decided to leave it.
It worked out well for the people living there and made Israel less vulnerable to terrorists coming in daily to kill people.
