Rachel Maddow - Iowa straw poll irrelevant...


...Michele Bachmann won because she bought the most votes (at $30 a crack!).

But Rachel has more to say about Rick Perry.  Perry is scary!  Does he think Social Security and Medicare are unconstitutional?  YES!
