So far the litigations seems to take a very long time and is very expensive for most victims. If the oil is safe and economically worthy, those that profit must be held 100% responsible over a very long-term for any damages to the people property and areas affected by a spill, explosion or any other mishap.<br /><br />As long as the reasonable possible damage can occur, the areas affected should be restored to the staus quo before the damage occurs.Bob Porisnoreply@blogger.com
